“Simplicity is the best way.”

Richard Dawson’s praise for Tom Norton’s credits were as straightforward as it sounds, however complicated you'd expect it to be when asked about why he believes Norton has the abilities to take big scalps early in his career.

“He runs in hard and he doesn’t have any fear of who’s playing and that’s half the battle. Obviously you can keep improving on the skills and the rest of it but his desire to be out on the park is massive.” Dawson added.
