Ryan Hadley: A break-out Australian Summer, a Late Call to the UK and Having the Missing Pace

The 27-year-old seamer, who turned from New South Wales to south Wales at two weeks’ notice, took no time to adapt to English conditions returning match figures of 6 for 97.

The Aussie, who had played just 26 professional matches to date when signed by Glamorgan, is available for the first six matches of the County Championship – a fixture list that spans just seven weeks. Hadley, initially, had no plans to come to England for the summer.
