Glamorgan women have announced the signing of two England internationals ahead of their step into tier one from 2027.
Wrexham-born Seren Smale joins from Lancashire and Georgia Davis from Warwickshire look to bolster the new-look side after an underwhelming 67-run defeat to Middlesex in the One Day Cup League Two final.
Smale is an England international, having played two T20 games against Ireland in 2024 at just nineteen years old. The wicket-keeper batter has been with Lancashire since 2021 and has been involved in the Hundred with the Southern Brave, Birmingham Phoenix and Manchester Originals. She has accumulated over 1,400 women’s List A and T20 runs with one century and eight half centuries.
